November 10, 2000 Casey Industrial Park's tenant - Quality Bar Corporation announces the completion of its corporate website with e-commerce features.

The new website allows customers to access the company's production database to check the status of QB's inventory and production schedule instantly online. It will also provide customers the access to inquiry, order as either industrial standards or custom specification. Further improvements will include event-based messaging system, which proactively alerts customers via an electronic message of the real-time status of the order, such as delays, product shipment, delivery dates and more.

June 27, 2001 A master plan is in the works to bring back former steel mill properties.

Unlike the phoenix of legend - the long-lived elegant bird that set itself on fire only to rise from the ashes and live again - this is no myth. .......

Casey Equipment, based in Pittsburgh, acquired part of the Campbell Works more than 10 years ago, says Bill Leemhuis, the company's real estate specialist. Casey, which employs 40 at the site, refurbishes equipment used in the steel industry. Also in the park is a Casey subsidiary, Quality Bar, which processes and sells steel bar on the open market. "They're considering adding an additional fabricating line," Leemhuis says. Another Pittsburgh-based company, Munroe Inc. leases space at the site.
